We are compensated by the Senior Communities in the area, many of whom pay us a fee when people move in.

We base our relationships with senior communities on feedback from our clients and their families.

Do you assist people that are not ready to relocate?

Yes, we encourage people to be proactive.  It’s helpful to know what your housing options are in case of an emergency.  It’s good information to have with regard to making plans financially as well.

Do you assist in locating low income or subsidized housing?

We recommend calling the Northwest MI Community Action Agency (231)947-3870.  They have a comprehensive list of affordable housing. Each community has their own application process.

Most of the communities that we partner with have a minimum age requirement of 55.

Hospitals, Physicians, Social Workers, Home Care Agencies, Skilled Nursing Centers, Senior Center, Area Agency on Aging, Commission on Aging, Attorneys, Financial Planners and many referrals come from word of mouth!

Do you take people to see various places?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we arrange and escort tours for clients in most cases.  There are instances when mobility, illness or cognitive factors make touring less likely.
